The standard turn around time for most online interior design (E-Design) projects is about 3-4 weeks. In order to keep the project moving forward, timely responses and feedback is appreciated and necessary.
E-Design is basically all online. Other than our initial phone call we’ll communicate online. You’re responsible for sending measurements and photos that I’ll use to create your design. E-Design does not allow for customization and you’ll purchase everything from online retailers.
Yes. I’m more than happy to include your favorite pieces in your new room design. Just be sure to mention it in your questionnaire and during our conversation. Please also provide dimensions so I can include it in your design.
Furniture, lighting and art is included in your room design. A few accessories will be added to each design.
Absolutely! You can live in the San Diego area and still take advantage of E-Design. Just remember that even though we’re neighbors, the whole process will still be online.
All products will be selected from online retailers and big box stores. Although it varies by project you might purchase products from: Wayfair, Houzz, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, West Elm, etc.
Yes, although I have a limited number of spots for E-Design projects each month because most of my time is devoted to my Full-Service clients. I do have a wait-list for clients who want to save a spot on my calendar.
E-Design fees for a single room start at $999 and can be paid at one time or in 3 easy installments. Please note that very large rooms take more time to design, so the fees are slightly higher. Once your E-Design service is booked and paid for I will begin the process for the design of your room.
I strive to make sure all my clients are 100% satisfied. Your feedback from our initial call, the moodboard, and possible revision should help guarantee that you’re happy with the end design. Also, providing specific feedback will really help me make sure I get the design right for you. If, despite all best efforts you are still not satisfied, I will refund 100% of your E-Design fee.
